Services we provide
We have provided various services to Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and the like on small size schemes where a dedicated Quantity Surveyor is not warranted.
On a number of smaller schemes we have prepared the budget, tendered the project, drawn up the contract documents and handed this over for construction.
We have also provided ad hoc assistance during post contract works in agreeing variations and final accounts.
