We produce Bills of Quantities for Main Contractors for tendering and subcontract procurement. This is currently our core business activity and is founded on repeat business from all our Clients. We work to tight deadlines set by the tendering process.
Our Main Contractor Clients range from small size local builders, through regional companies and on to national tier 1 type organisations.
We use dedicated measurement software, produce Bills in varying formats to suit estimating packages and provide full take offs where required.
We can produce Bills on all types of construction projects and of any size and value. This ranges from a simple domestic house extension right through to a £70 million multi storey apartment scheme.
